How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return with Crybaby Cart is simple:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@crybabycart.com with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will send you a Return Authorization and a shipping address.

  3. Ship It back: Securely pack your item. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
